Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below. These definitions apply throughout the document unless the context clearly requires otherwise.

Eligibility

Access to and use of olx45 is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their membership:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. olx45 strictly enforces this requirement and will request government-issued identification to verify age during the KYC process.
• You must be accessing the platform on your own behalf, as a private individual, and not as an agent, representative, or employee of any third party.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of any employee or contractor of olx45 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must have the legal capacity under the laws of your jurisdiction to enter into a binding agreement with olx45.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or cooling-off period imposed by olx45 or any other gambling platform where olx45 has been notified of such exclusion.
• You must not be located in or a resident of any jurisdiction where access to online gambling platforms is explicitly prohibited under applicable law, where it would be unlawful for olx45 to provide services to you.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility criteria stated above. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of olx45 complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

Account Registration

3.1 — One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one olx45 account. Registering multiple accounts (multi-accounting) is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances held therein. olx45 uses device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and payment-method matching to detect multi-accounting.

3.2 — Accurate Information

When registering, you must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. olx45 reserves the right to request documentary proof of the information provided at any time. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.3 — Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials — specifically your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. olx45 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via the account security settings. Any activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, remains your responsibility unless and until you notify olx45 support of unauthorised access.

3.4 — KYC Verification

olx45 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing any withdrawal request and at other points determined by our compliance team. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A government-issued photo ID (national identity card / KTP, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three months (bank statement, utility bill)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of e-wallet account showing your name, or bank account confirmation letter)
• A selfie photograph holding your ID document alongside a handwritten note stating "olx45" and the current date

Failure to complete KYC verification within 14 days of a formal request will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed. olx45 reserves the right to void any bonus balances accrued during a period of unresolved KYC non-compliance.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 — Accepted Payment Methods

olx45 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, USDT (TRC-20 network), and BTC. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice. The cashier page within your account always reflects the current list of active methods.

4.2 — Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits vary by payment method and member verification tier and are displayed within the cashier section of your account at the time of the transaction. olx45 reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time.

4.3 — Processing Times

Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time or within a maximum of 5 minutes of confirmed receipt from the payment provider. Withdrawal requests are processed by olx45 within an average of 5 minutes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Indonesian public holidays. Actual credit times to your bank account or e-wallet may vary slightly depending on the processing times of your chosen payment provider.

4.4 — Fees

olx45 charges no deposit fees and no withdrawal fees on any supported payment method, including bank transfers, e-wallets, and cryptocurrency. You remain solely responsible for any fees levied by your own bank, e-wallet provider, or cryptocurrency network independent of olx45.

4.5 — Own Account Requirement

All deposits must be made from a payment account or method registered in your own legal name. Deposits received from third-party accounts will be refunded and the associated account flagged for review. Similarly, withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account in your own verified name. olx45 will not process withdrawals to third-party bank accounts or e-wallets under any circumstances.

4.6 — Currency

All transactions on olx45 are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to IDR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of confirmed receipt. Exchange rate risk for cryptocurrency transactions is borne entirely by the member.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 — Bonus Eligibility

Promotional offers issued by olx45 — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri and Ramadhan — are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer. General eligibility requires that the member hold a fully verified olx45 account in good standing at the time of claiming the offer.

5.2 — Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the offer's individual terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for the bonus — incomplete wagering at expiry results in forfeiture of the remaining bonus balance and any associated winnings.

5.3 — Game Contribution Rates

Not all game categories contribute equally toward fulfilling wagering requirements. As a general guide: slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager; live casino table games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack) typically contribute between 10% and 20%; sports bets contribute based on the odds and market type as specified in the relevant promotion. The exact contribution schedule for each promotion is published in that offer's individual terms page.

5.4 — Bonus Abuse

olx45 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: wagering patterns designed to exploit offers with low risk (e.g., placing equal and opposite bets to guarantee completion of wagering requirements), claiming bonuses under multiple accounts, and use of automated betting software. Confirmed bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of the relevant bonus and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

5.5 — Right to Withdraw Offers

olx45 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Where a bonus has already been credited to a member's account, the terms applicable at the time of crediting will continue to apply to that specific instance of the bonus.

Gameplay Rules

6.1 — General Rules

All games available on olx45 — including but not limited to live casino, slot games, sports betting, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), Crash Games, and Sakong card games — are governed by the individual game rules displayed within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between the general terms in this document and the specific rules of a game, the specific game rules prevail in respect of that game's operation.

6.2 — Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, or software fault that affects the outcome or continuity of a game round, olx45 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager amount to the member's account. olx45 will not honour payouts generated as a result of a demonstrable software error or system malfunction.

6.3 — Sports Betting Rules

All sports betting markets — including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, Piala AFF, Timnas Indonesia matches, and international fixtures — are governed by olx45's Sportsbook House Rules, published within the Sportsbook section of the platform. Key provisions include: settlement based on official competition results, void-bet policies for abandoned matches, and the rules governing mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) and voor bola (Asian handicap) market settlements.

6.4 — Live Casino Rules

Live casino games are hosted by third-party studios including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live. The rules of each live table game are determined by the hosting studio and are displayed within the game interface. olx45 acts as the betting platform and is not responsible for decisions made by live dealers operating under the studio's own established game protocols.

Responsible Gaming

olx45 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide the following tools, accessible from within your account dashboard at all times:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you may deposit into your olx45 account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Configure maximum session durations after which you will be automatically logged out of your account.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days). During a cooling-off period, you cannot log in, deposit, or place wagers.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your olx45 account and opt out of all future marketing communications. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for a minimum period of 12 months.
• Reality Checks: Enable regular on-screen notifications reminding you of the duration of your current session.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the olx45 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and potential legal action:

• Registering more than one account on the olx45 platform (multi-accounting), whether under your own name, a pseudonym, or via the use of another person's identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any subsequent identity check.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human mechanism to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including coordinating bets, sharing hole cards in card games, or artificially manipulating game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, RNG vulnerabilities, or any technical error to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void and will be reversed.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal or criminal activity, or using olx45 to launder money or finance any prohibited activity.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the olx45 platform, its APIs, databases, or associated infrastructure.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is explicitly illegal, and misrepresenting your location to circumvent geo-restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing olx45 staff or other members via any communication channel.

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, game assets, software, and visual design elements on the olx45 platform are the exclusive intellectual property of the Company or are licensed to the Company by their respective owners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, recreational gambling purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content, software, or design element from the olx45 platform without the prior written consent of the Company. Unauthorised use of olx45's intellectual property constitutes an infringement and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

Privacy & Data

olx45's collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read in conjunction with this document. By registering an account, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

In summary, olx45 collects personal data necessary to operate the platform, verify member identity, process financial transactions, detect fraud, and comply with applicable international regulatory requirements. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is processed in accordance with standards aligned to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the rights to access, rectify, erase, and port your personal data.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, olx45, its directors, officers, employees, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the platform, even if olx45 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of platform access caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, cyberattacks, Force Majeure events, or actions of third-party service providers.
• Any financial losses resulting from gambling activity conducted on the platform. You acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk and that losses are a foreseeable outcome of participation.
• Any loss resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials or from your permitting a third party to access your account.
• Inaccuracies in published odds, game outcomes, or sports results caused by data feed errors from third-party providers, subject to olx45's reasonable efforts to correct such errors promptly upon discovery.

Where liability cannot be excluded by applicable law, olx45's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to olx45 in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Suspension & Termination

12.1 — Termination by Member

You may close your olx45 account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any verified real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your most recently used withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

12.2 — Suspension or Termination by olx45

olx45 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or prohibited conduct, failure to complete KYC, regulatory compliance requirements, or the member's own responsible gaming request. In cases of confirmed fraud or prohibited conduct, all balances may be forfeited.

12.3 — Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account for any reason, your licence to use the olx45 platform ceases immediately. Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue in full force and effect.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which olx45 holds its international operating licence. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant international arbitration body designated by olx45.

Nothing in this clause limits olx45's right to seek emergency injunctive or interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property, confidential information, or to prevent irreparable harm pending the outcome of arbitration proceedings.

You acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to differing legal treatment in different jurisdictions, including Indonesia, and that it is your sole responsibility to seek independent legal advice regarding the legality of your participation in online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering an account with olx45.

Amendments

olx45 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, olx45 will notify registered members via email and/or a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the olx45 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page reflects the date on which the most recent revision was made. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your account prior to the effective date of the changes.
